	Praise God - It's a New Day for Adamu!

	S.M.A. Lay Missionary Lawreen McBride shared a very touching story of how she first met Adamu and his Mother in Tanzania. Both were deathly ill. Lawreen brought them to the Hospital and they received medical care and began a nutritious diet.


	Lawreen followed Adamu’s progress at the *Forever Angels Home* where he was being well cared for. Here is her update: Below is a photo of Adamu taken just a few weeks ago on May 4th, 2008. Every week that I go to visit him he gets a little bigger, and seemingly even happier all the time. About two months ago he started smiling a lot. And the newest development is that he laughs! On a regular basis he just giggles. He is one very happy baby with a big tummy now. The staff at Forever Angels, the home for babies where he lives, say that he eats 4 servings of uji (the nutritious porridge) and still wants more. It’s truly amazing to spend time with him and see how happy, content and well cared for he is now. Thank you for your prayers and support for little Adamu. He is blessed and is flourishing!
